Yes. For the new graduates, there maybe an Off-JT & OJT Period for about 1 to 6 months which it depends on your occupation and ability.
For the Mid-Term employee, there will be an 1 to 2 months java, PHP and Ruby infrastructure outside training.

Payday will be month-end closing, next month-end payment.
Except for freelancer.

Holidays are Complete five-day workweek system (Saturdays and Sundays), National Holidays.
In addition, we have New-Year Holiday on 12/31 to 1/3.
Though, those who are in the clients field will follow that rule. The New-Year holiday and the Summer holiday might be longer than us.
Also, for the staffs in our company’s office, we will maybe give you an extra Summer holiday and a New-Year holiday.

Yes. For the employee who satisfy a certain condition can take a maternity leave and childcare leave.

There is it depending on the project. In average, it is 10 to 20 hours per month.
There are those who leave in set time and those who work continuously tothe latter one on holiday but it is not usual to work always.
There is a tendency of the overtime work increasing on due month.
