- QAre there conditions to apply like academic backgrounds?
AAcademic Backgrounds are higher than junior College and Technical College.
Mid-Term Employment is Education Unquestioned.
Also for inexperienced person, you can apply if you have study experience.
- QWhat do I need to do when I apply?
AFirst, we will do a Paper Selection, so please send the resume and the career sheet (only for Mid-Term Employment) to the next address.
The contact about the result of paper selection is about 10 days after your papers arrived.

AYes, of course. The persons who is majored in Liberal Arts can be engineers in the future if they have communication and logical thinking skills.
- QDo you have Mid-Term Recruitment?
AYes, Anytime.
Especially, we are putting weight on Mid-Term Recruitment on AI and IT Engineers.
- QAm I recruited even if I am unexperienced?
AOf course, we are welcome for unexperienced people.
Experienced persons have an advantage of that. With neglection, it can be lost in a moment.
Everyday the technology is developing, so you need to endeavor all time even if you are experienced.
In final, it is important to show your attitude, absorb skill and knowledge on practical business.
From the past, we had employed a lot of unexperienced persons who has a high-level learning attitude and aspiration.
About Treatment
- QAre there a Training System?
AYes. For the new graduates, there maybe an Off-JT & OJT Period for about 1 to 6 months which it depends on your occupation and ability.
For the Mid-Term employee, there will be an 1 to 2 months java, PHP and Ruby infrastructure outside training.
- QWhen will the salary payed?
APayday will be month-end closing, next month-end payment.
Except for freelancer.
- QTell me about the holidays.
AHolidays are Complete five-day workweek system (Saturdays and Sundays), National Holidays.
In addition, we have New-Year Holiday on 12/31 to 1/3.
Though, those who are in the clients field will follow that rule. The New-Year holiday and the Summer holiday might be longer than us.
Also, for the staffs in our company’s office, we will maybe give you an extra Summer holiday and a New-Year holiday.
- QAre there an Childcare Support System?
AYes. For the employee who satisfy a certain condition can take a maternity leave and childcare leave.
- QAre there overtime work? If it is, how long?
AThere is it depending on the project. In average, it is 10 to 20 hours per month.
There are those who leave in set time and those who work continuously tothe latter one on holiday but it is not usual to work always.
There is a tendency of the overtime work increasing on due month.
